Waiver Services

Many of our Arcadia offices have contracts with waiver agencies to provide in-home personal care and home support services to those who are Medicaid eligible. Our philosophy is to enable our clients to remain in their own home where they want to be, with extra services and assistance to keep them as independent as possible. 

*All waiver services must be approved by the State Waiver Program Case Manager

Services may include:

Homemaking Tasks:

Laundry

Ironing

Meal preparation

Shopping for necessities

Light housekeeping tasks including:

Dusting

Vacuuming

Mopping floors

Cleaning the bathroom

Cleaning the kitchen

Making the bed

Personal care services are available to individuals who require:

Hands-on assistance in activities of daily living (ADL’S):
  • Eating
  • Toileting
  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Mobility
  • Transferring
Hands-on assistance in instrumental activities of daily living (IADL’S):
  • Personal laundry
  • Light housekeeping
  • Shopping
  • Meal preparation and cleanup
  • Medication Assistance (Medication Reminders)
